LA METAL BAND ALLURA ANNOUNCES WINTER WEST COAST TOUR
LA based metal quintet AllurA will hitting the road with Detroit’s own Laid In Stone this February for a West Coast tour kicking off February 15 in Temecula, Calif. The band is currently touring in support of their recently released sophomore album, True Colors, which is available now from Hardline Entertainment Store.
Formed in 2007, South Bay’s hardest shredding band, AllurA, is taking on the metal scene with their blend of aggressive riffs, attacking hardcore and a melodic backbone that makes the band a stand out in a new generation of metal bands.
The quintet, which consists of brothers Chris Bartholomew (vocals) and AJ Bartholomew (lead guitar, vocals) along with Taylor Killam (guitar, vocals), Zacc West (bass) and Steven Davis (drums), came out swinging in 2007 with their debut album, The Organization, which was followed by several tours including four straight years of the Vans Warped Tour.
In 2011, the band found a new home with Hardline Entertainment where they released their follow-up full-length True Colors in the fall of 2011. Recorded at The Porch in Hermosa Beach, Calif. True Colors delivers a fist-full of mayhem on thirteen face-melting rippers, including the title track “True Colors” which the band recently released a video for.
